Well our week was a pretty normal week, with one exception. Justin has one really good friend, Jack, that moved in May. He came up for a visit on Thursday. We went to the science museum (this was a weekly thing when they lived here) and then we went to lunch. It was a lot of fun. We all had a great time and can't wait for their next visit. I love it when friends visit.
ok so I was trying to think of cool things that happened this week. The only thing I cold think of was the above mentioned visit by old friends. However, upon further contemplation I recalled two more things that were exciting.
First: Aeli had cereal for the first time. She seemed to really enjoy it. We decided it was time since everytime we eat she watches us VERY intently with an expression of "Why don't I get any?" So the video below is of Aeli experiencing cereal for the first time.
Second: Not quite as exciting as the above mentioned items, are shelves. That's right, shelves. I am excited about shelves. I don't really know that says about my life these days , but there it is. I like shelves. I had Ted use his drill to install them. He isn't really sure why we needed more shelves but he likes to use his drill so he didn't complain too much. I am VERY pumped to organize this closet now. When that happens I will post another picture. Don't be looking for it anytime soon. Let's be realistic.
Justin got some shelves in his toy closet under the stairs too.

well, aubrie, you're excited about shelves, and i was excited to watch aeli spit out her food for 13 seconds. i feel like i can relate on so many levels! :)
love you
Harrison loved hearing Justin's voice on the video. Isn't it funny how even two year olds talk that way to babies? Sweet.
