me- "No- we are still trying to come up with one."
Friend- "Oh, is that okay that I asked? I know some people don't like to tell you the name until the baby is born."
me- "It is fine that you asked. We just really don't have a name picked out yet."
I am pretty sure that people that don't want to tell you what name they have decided on say things like, "OH we are still trying to decide" or "We don't like to tell people until the baby is born" or something. I am pretty sure they DON'T say " we haven't found one yet" But maybe they do-
Anyway- I thought it was funny.
So I put up a suggestion box a couple of posts ago, and got a few suggestions. Perhaps if I post a picture of the baby people will have some more ideas? If you do, please let us know as we are still on a search for the "right name".

P.S. This was taken on Oct. 7th. The umbilical cord is across his jaw line- that is not just a deformation. :)

He looks like an Edgar.
Drat that umbilical cord! He could look like an Andrew, or a William. It's hard to tell. :D
Here are some baby boy names I like:
Benjamin
Christopher
Charlie
"Charlie bit my finger" A classic U-tube spot. Sadly I have a dozen girls names I like, but only one boy's (you don't want that one anyway). I've always liked the names Cameron or Andrew (so versatile: Andy, Drew, Werdna). Edison Darwin Maxwell after my Chinese friend and my Nicaraguan friend is another idea. You could always name him after Ted and call him Jimmy. What about Lloyd or Horacio?
okay, so actually I have been thinking of all the boy names that I could think of just for you guys...I just don't remember them all, but everytime I hear one I think "OH OH Oh, I could tell Aubrie and ted that one..." So here goes my wonderful memory..
Owen
Issac
Miles
Garret
Brenden
Braden
(I actually like the idea of naming him James--go Amy)
Michael
(my brother suggested Skyler to me)
Edward
Emmett
Carlisle
Jasper
Laurent
Benjamin
Amun
Alister
Tyler
Oscar
Hudson
Ashton
Aiden
(okay, so maybe I am pulling from the bottom of the hat....)
Well, so far in your family the boys names start with J and the girls start with A. So I don't think you would want baby #3 to be left out, now would you? :)
So I like the suggestion of James or some variation of that since Ted doesn't use it much anyway. :) Or maybe Joseph, Josiah, Jared, or Jeremy. I just looked up J names online and one listed there was Jock. Who names their kid Jock? Or you know, Horacio could work too.
That is so cool You are having #3. Boys names are so hard, I like Matthew.
